SCORPIO NEW MOON
Under the Scorpio New Moon, our attention turns to what’s hiding in the shadows. The deep, mysterious side of humanity that we often choose not to see. It shines a light on the soul, ego, secrets, money, and all things taboo.
Scorpio takes us down into the muddy waters of our trauma. Most people will refuse to acknowledge what lies beneath the surface. So much is transforming within us, emotions that have been lying dormant begin to awaken.
Internally, a shadow work dance emerges. It asks, “Are we willing face our darkness?”. Much is being revealed as the masks are falling off. Truth lies behind the facade, we can’t keep pretending anymore.
It begins to emerge as Mercury Retrograde hits off the Scorpio New Moon. Mercury, the messenger planet, is the communicator between the worlds. He is remembering wounds of the past, bringing them into the present to be healed.
Uranus, opposing the Moon, is the shock we didn’t see coming. Unexpectedly the curtain falls and we see who’s been pulling all the strings. In Taurus, our integrity is called into question.
At least the Grand Water Trine is supporting us emotionally to pierce the veil of illusion (Pisces), nurturing ourselves (Cancer), and embodying our power (Scorpio). Our intuition is the guiding light in this trine.
A new beginning is unfolding in how we allow the emotional past to interfere with our present-day life.
The alchemy we seek is in transmuting our trauma into healing. To not shy away from the hardships in life, but instead to let them be the source of our empowerment.
