LEO NEW MOON ~ Lead with the heart

The Leo New Moon brings cosmic blessings of joy, enthusiasm, and passion for life. He wants us to follow our hearts and become the creator of our life. The Lion rules the heart, open up to love with reckless abandon. 

 Leo invites the element of fire by stoking the flames of happiness. The intense Capricorn energies this year have dimmed that spark of excitement to live life to the fullest.

Leo is known to be a bit dramatic, so be sure to reign it in if your emotions are running wild. 

This Moon's medicine is the become the leader. He doesn't follow the herd mentality. He listens to his inner impulses, knowing his uniqueness is what sets him apart from societal expectations. Don't fall under the trap of needing acceptance from your peers. You must learn to validate yourself to honor your chosen path.

Leo's lesson is to 'tame the inner beast'.  Have control over the inner fire, and use it to ignite your heart's calling. Let the ego, who will often respond through anger, be ousted. Subdue the beast within by directing your energies toward creative endeavors.
